This course is specifically aimed at beginners wishing to acquire a competent skill level enabling them to produce fantastic white, malted, wholemeal, Ciabatta, sourdough and rye breads


Enjoy a full day's tuition with hands on practical production. Within a small group you will receive supervised production methods, full facts sheet, morning coffee and informal lunch all for the inclusive price of £85.00.
