This wonderful old style sourdough is made from Organic white flour, water and a trace of salt. Naturally leavened from a seventeen year old ‘mother’ starter., then allowed to prove slowly for  48 hrs. This enhances the natural flavours and offers unique toasting bread with a superior crunch and depth of background palate.
There are no additives or yeast and this makes it perfect for children.
